This is a permanent visa for skilled workers who are nominated by a specific Australian State or Territory government.

To be eligible for the subclass 190 visa, you must first receive a nomination from an Australian state or territory government.  Sponsorship of high calibre skilled migrants is based upon demand driven and pull-factors. All state and territory government agencies have their own criteria for deciding who they will nominate.

Further information is available on the following links >>>>>>>>>>>>>>

The 190 Skilled visa is dependent upon receiving an ‘Invitation to Apply’ by an Australian state or territory government agency. You are required to submit a completed expression of interest (EOI) in SkillSelect. State and territory government agencies can see your completed EOI and might nominate you for the visa.
